Simple policies
- Cancellation: Free up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours, a 1-hour minimum applies.
- Illness: If anyone in the home has been sick within 24 hours, please reschedule.
- Payment: Cash, Venmo, or Zelle at the end of each visit.
- Emergencies: Your emergency contact is on file. 911 always comes first.
